What are Healing Hikes Summer Camps?

Our summer day camps are an opportunity to be immersed in nature, go on adventures, talk with new friends, reflect on life, and make unforgettable memories!

We will meet at a local hiking trail at Arroyo Verde in Ventura, CA each day of summer camp.

Each day we will hike together (1-2 miles) and participate in a variety of structured activities and group discussions on topics ranging from mindfulness, growth mindset, confidence, and coping skills. We also aim to increase each participant's comfort in new social situations by connecting with new friends .

Our goal is for each participant to leave our summer camps feeling more confident, empowered and connected to nature.
